Eno-ecology service s.r.l supplies screw presses for the following use:
Drying of the skins from the rotary decanters. The waste tomato is introduced into the loading hopper by means of the screw, the press forms a solid pad of dry peel and the excess water comes out of the cages and is conveyed to the collection tanks. The end of the cycle is expelled from the unloading mouth and the percentage of dry outgoing can be adjusted by means of a mechanical / electrical system positioned on the door.
Considering that we are looking for new solutions, we have recently discovered that the skins pressed and subsequently chopped by our machines are processed in the form of biomass.
